Entitled a 450 acre Master Planned Community in Santa Maria, CA, yielding in excess of 900 single-family lots, 300,000 square feet of retail space and 185,000 square feet of industrial buildings.

Responsibilities encompassed sourcing equity capital, corporate and real estate financing for the various BREG operating divisions comprised of Birtcher Senior Properties (BSP), Birtcher Commercial Development (BCD) and Birtcher Property Services (BPS).
