1) Financial Officer (FO) Preferred Insurance Business Experienced profile: Qualifications/Knowledge: A full professional accounting qualification e.g. CA, CPA, with a strategic knowledge of Business and Financial Management, including taxation and international Accounting standards. Knowledge of modern ERP Financial and MIS systems and their strategic application within large organizations. Skills: Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and team working skills. Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written. Strong conceptual, planning and directing skills. Personality Profile : A strategic and global thinker on business issues, Able to provide leadership and direction on business and all finance matters globally; able to effectively advise top management on business mergers, acquisition and other strategic matters, and provide decision making support on complex financial matters under pressure of deadlines. Develops innovative solutions and provides strategic opinions on business and financial matters. A decisive personality, but capable of being flexible when needed. A person with a high degree of reliability and integrity. Experience: At least 15 years experience in Corporate Finance, of which at least 10 years should have been in a senior leadership role, including 5 years as CFO of a major Group in a multi cultural environment. Experience Education 5 - 8 years Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Chartered Accountant

2) Finance Managers

Preferred Insurance Business Experienced profile: Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the organization. Analyze the organizations revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it short, medium and long-term cash flow position, evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other financial instruments that will meet these cash flow need. Evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources and other financial instruments that will meet these cash flow need. Advise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future

laws and regulations on the operation of the organization. Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets. Requirements Preferable with Joint Venture Management and ERP knowledge. Finance experience (Essential): End to end from accounts, consol to external audit. Business experience (Preferred): Advisor to senior management financial management. Those with experience in Insurance will be an added advantage.
