Topography of the surrounding areas of Branch must be available in the branch. Urgent need of creating four Special Marketing Squad of 6 CSR each to assist the proposed branches in combing the area for at least two months for garnering CASA prior to opening of new branch.

CA Gold/Silver/Pearl : Corporate Accounts of Companies located in & around the area. CA Accounts : SVC Bizness@ease and SVC- Convenience Account. SB Salaries : Salary accounts of the employees of the Company. SB Institutions : Trust accounts attached to the Directors/partners of these companies. Other referral accounts:CA & SA with cross selling of TPP and other Banks Products.

SB Society : Accounts of society situated within the area. (with Society Module) SB Institutions : Trust accounts of Members and Secretary/Chairman attached to these Societies. SB New account : Pitch in for SB KIDZ, SB-Youth, SB Women, SB- Gold, SBSenior Citizen. CA New Accounts : CA Gold/Silver/Pearl. Pitch in for SVC Bizness@ease and SVC- Convenience Account. CA of Shops in and around the area with all our other products that suit the needs of these clients. Garnering of additional CASA from existing customer reference and pitching in new account from nearby areas.

Educational Institutions ---School / College Accounts with School fee module. Teachers and Non Teaching Staff salary accounts including their family accounts. and Kids/Students accounts with their family account. Trust Account of Schools /Colleges.

EDUCATE /COUNSUL/TRAINING/MOTIVATION. Team Building Exercise: Regular training on Banks products - Existing/NewAll Staff. (Mainly front line Staff (Clerks as well as Officers) including Sub Staff.) Awareness among all branch staff KYC , AML, Circulars, Banks Policy/Norms. Training branch staff - how to engage the walk in customers& create interest / awareness. Sensitizing the staff to consider themselves as an essential part of the Institution. Feel & believe to be future leaders/builders for reaching SVC to its Zenith.

Rewards and recognitions for Individuals as well as Branch performance. Monitoring the Actual performance vis - a - vis Targets - on fortnightly basis. DMs to motivate branch staff by hand holding & addressing as far as possible all their issues.

Roll out Product of the Month and relevant targets To achieve Corporate Target Sponsor various competitions/programme for Kids, Youth, Women, Sr. Citizens and other General public as per the needs & wants. Conduct School /College Meet, Industrial Meet/Society Meet, Professional Meets etc. Marketing collaterals for marketing the product of the month. Insertion of Hand bills in Newspaper fortnightly on an ongoing basis. Call centre for Outbound as well as Inbound calls.

GENERAL. Main Target / Pitching for Corporate Accounts, Institution Accounts, HNI etc. Power point presentation to be made available for all modules Banks Products based on the marketing activity. Third party products as a means of client retention. Leads for CASA, Life Insurance, Mutual Fund and cross selling of other Banks Products. Additional CASA and other business through referrals. Centralization of as many departments as possible so that branch staff is free to carry on marketing / garnering of business for the Bank.

Each Bank Staff to scout for minimum two CASA account per month with value.
