Nation States Agreement

"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation." Declaration of Independence, 1776. (emphasis added) In this time of outrageous abuse by the corporate government these states in union are in the words of the Declaration of Independence "impelled" to separate from the present powers and political bands. We THE People are obligated to reform the body politic to remove the abuses and place people that are truthful=moral=honest in the offices that will truly represent the peoples desires of freedom from oppression. It is the intent to use as the source of term=phrase=word definitions in the 1828 Webster's Dictionary. This stops all word spin that is intended to change the intent of the writing that the authors of the State documents have authored. These Nation States agree to support one another in the development of our relationships that support the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. These Laws include our unalienable natural rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We THE People are claiming the absolute right to the product and return of our labor without the extraction of any sum by=for others before receipt of our due=pay. The representatives for the Nation States for the United States of America, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world, our Creator, for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these Nation States, solemnly publish and declare, that these united nation states are, and of right ought to be free and independent states; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, and that all political connection between them and the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent Nation States may of right do. We THE People of the United States of America in cooperation with the United States Military desire these wishes to take place immediately.
Item # 2011-12-23-001 We THE People of the United States of America do here by order the United States Military to dissolve the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, the Lieber Codes, Statutes, Codes, Regulations and return us back to our original jurisdiction of the Constitution of 1787-1789 with the original 13th Article of Amendment. Item # 2011-12-23-002 We THE People of the United States of America do here by order the United States Military to implement the following: 1. Create a new U.S. Treasury,'rainbow currency,' backed by precious metals, and any tangible resource. 2. Terminate the bankruptcy of the United States 1865 to date. 3. Eliminate the Federal Reserve and central banking system. 4. Conduct a forensic audit of the IRS, terminate the IRS, capture all their assets, return all stolen funds to the people of the United States of America and deposit the returned funds in the United States Treasury. 5. Due to unlawful banking practices and unlawful government activities, all debt tied to social security numbers shall be set to zero. 6. Remove=Terminate the unlawful taxation on all privately held property= land=labor and personal income tax and private business taxation. 7. To return all government agencies off book CAFR accounts and all court CHRIS accounts funds to U.S. Treasury and terminate the ability for these account to ever be activated again. 8. Restore financial privacy to all private sentient beings. 9. Release the Global Settlement Program and Prosperity Packages to the people of the world and release the re-valuation of Foreign Currencies to the world community. 10. Close all corporate political courts and open Constitutional Article Three Section One courts upholding Constitutional Law based on the Common Law of the founding documents and release all inhabitants unlawfully incarcerated. 11. If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain, any title of nobility, or honor, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept any present, pension, office or emolument, of any kind whatever, from any Emperor, King, Prince or foreign Power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them. 12. Nation States shall choose an interim Commander in Chief to ensure the cancellation of all National Emergencies, Executive Orders, United States Codes and International Treaties that are repugnant to the Constitution etc. Current administrators may remain in office provided they do not violate the original thirteenth amendment and shall affirm a new Constitutional Oath of Office. Key positions in government can be filled with an interim person from the Pentagon=Military. 13. Reinstate Posse Comitatus article. 14. Assist the Nations States to educate and inform the people of the United States of America on being a true Constitutional Republic under Common law as articulated by the founding fathers and authors of the founding documents.

15. Shall assist in establishing paper ballot elections for a new President and Congress within 120 days. Monitor the elections and prevent all illegal election activities of special interest groups and political action committees. 16. The U.S. Military, per these orders are to peacefully terminate occupation worldwide. 17. Enable the release of all suppressed technologies that are being withheld from the public. 18. Redeploy the U.S. Military to assist in the rebuilding of our infrastructure, preparing for larger scale solar flare activity, bring water to the desert areas for food production, etc. 19. Redeploying the U.S. Military and NASA to focus on space station, bases on the Moon, Mars, space travel, planetary defense, etc. 20. The U.S. Military shall ensure all forms of communications will remain functional and operational within the United States.

This Nation States agreement shall guide our efforts to recover our Original Jurisdiction and allow the U.S. Military to be assured of We THE Peoples' intent to support these enumerated efforts that are in the U.S. Militaries plans.
