1. Eagles fy alone at a high altitude and do not mix with sparrows or other smaller birds like
geese. Birds oI a Ieather fock together. No other bird goes to the height oI the eagle. Eagles
fy alone. Never in a fock. Even when Moses (Old Testament) went to commune with God
on the mountain, he leIt the crowd at the Ioothills. Stay away Irom sparrows and ravens.
Eagles fy alone.
2. Eagles have strong vision, which Iocuses up to 5 kilometers Irom the air. When an eagle
sites prey- even a rodent Irom this distance, he narrows his Iocus on it and sets out to get
it. No matter the obstacle, the eagle will not move his Iocus Irom the prey until he grabs it.
Have a vision and remain Iocused no matter what the obstacle and you will succeed.
3. Eagles do not eat dead things. He Ieeds on Iresh prey. Vultures eat dead animals but not
eagles. Steer clear oI outdated and old inIormation. Do your research well, always.
4. The Eagle is the only bird that loves the storm. When clouds gather, the eagles get excited.
The eagle uses the wings oI the storm to rise and is pushed up higher. Once it fnds the wing
oI the storm, the eagle stops fapping and uses the pressure oI the raging storm to soar the clouds and glide. This gives the
eagle an opportunity to rest its wings. In the meantime all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches oI the trees. We
can use the storms oI our lives (obstacles, trouble, etc) to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges
and use them proftably.
5. The Eagle tests beIore it trusts. When a Iemale eagle meets a male and they want
to mate, she fies down to earth with the male purusing her and she picks a
twig. She fies back into the air with the male pursuing her. Once she has
reached a height high enough Ior her, she lets the twig Iall to the ground
and watches it as it Ialls. The male chases aIter the twig. The Iaster it
Ialls, the Iaster he chases until he reaches it and has to catch it beIore
it Ialls to the ground, then bring it back to the Iemale eagle.
The Iemale eagle grabs the twig and fies to a much higher altitude
pursued by the male, until she perceives it high enough, and
then drops the twig Ior the male to chase. This goes on Ior hours, with
the height increasing until the Iemale eagle is assured that the male eagle
has mastered the art oI picking the twig which shows commitment, then and
only then, will she allow him to mate with her! Whether in private liIe or in
business, one should test commitment oI people intended Ior partnership.
6. Eagles prepare Ior training. When about to lay eggs, the Iemale and male eagle identiIy a place
very high on a cliII where no predators can reach; the male fies to earth and picks thorns and lays them on the crevice oI
the cliII, then fies to earth again to collect twigs which he lays in the intended nest. He fies back to earth picks thorns and
lays them on top oI the twigs. He fies back to earth and picks soIt grass to cover the thorns, and then fies back to pick rugs
to put on the grass.
When this frst layering is complete, the male eagle runs back to earth and picks more thorns, lays them on the nest; runs
back to get grass and rugs and lays them on top oI the thorns, then plucks his Ieathers to complete the nest. The thorns on
the outside oI the nest protect it Irom possible intruders. Both male and Iemale eagles participate in raising the eagle Iamily.
She lays the eggs and protects them; he builds the nest and hunts. The people who love us do not let us languish in sloth but
push us hard to grow and prosper. Even in their seemingly bad actions they have good intentions Ior us.
7. When the Eagle grows old, his Ieathers become weak and cannot take him as Iast as he should. When he Ieels weak
and about to die, he retires to a place Iar away in the rocks. While there, he plucks out every Ieather on his body until he is
completely bare. He stays in this hiding place until he has grown new Ieathers, then he can come out. We occasionally need
to shed oII old habits & items that burden us add no value to our lives.

ICE (In Case of Emergency) Campaign
We all carry our mobile phones with
names & numbers stored in its memory
but nobody, other than ourselves, knows
which of these numbers belong to our
closest family or friends.
If we were to be involved in an accident
or were taken ill, the people atending
us would have our mobile phone but
wouldnt know who to call. Yes, there are
hundreds of numbers stored but which
one is the contact person in case of an
emergency? Hence this ICE (In Case of
Emergency) Campaign
The concept of ICE is catching on
quickly. It is a method of contact during
emergency situatons. As cell phones are
carried by the majority of the populaton,
all you need to do is store the number of
a contact person or persons who should
be contacted during emergency under
the name ICE ( In Case Of Emergency).
The idea was thought up by a paramedic
who found that when he went to the
scenes of accidents, there were always
mobile phones with patents, but they
didnt know which number to call. He
therefore thought that it would be a good
idea if there was a natonally recognized
name for this purpose. In an emergency
situaton, Emergency Service personnel
and hospital Staf would be able to quickly
contact the right person by simply dialing
the number you have stored as ICE.
For more than one contact name simply
enter ICE1, ICE2 and ICE3 etc. A great idea
that will make a diference!
Lets spread the concept of ICE by storing
an ICE number in our Mobile phones
today!
Google 411....... ( Check this out! )

something like this!
Heres a number worth putng in your
cell phone, or your home phone speed

This is an awesome service from Google,
and its free -- great when you are on
the road. Dont waste your money on
informaton calls and dont waste your
tme manually dialing the number.
How great is that? It is natonwide,
Canada & US, and it is absolutely free!
Works on cell and landline phones, all you
have to remember is 1-800-466-4411.
Give it a try.

God Is One, All
Beings Are His
Creation & Equal.
May God Bless
All & Every One.
Never let anger
enter your heart.
Regard it as your
enemy number. In
anger, man loses the power to judge
what is right and what is wrong. In
anger, he commits worst sins and
foulest crimes. The angry mans life
becomes like hell. Avoid being angry.
Be ever kind, merciful and calm.
On the other hand, Forgiveness is a
great and noble virtue. Never miss an
opportunity to exercies fogiveness.
Think not for taking revenge. Leave it
all to God. Worship Him. Pray to Him.
He will Bless you.....

TEN GOLDEN STRESS RELIEVERS
1. Eat your elephant one bite at a time. Break your problem into pieces to make them easier to tackle.
2. Be realistic in your expectations. Dont except to be able to do everything in one day.
3. Attack problems, not people. Dont blame or try to change others. Try to change yourself and your situation.
4. Avoid the perfection trap. Its the enemy of accomplishment and impossible to achieve.
5. Stop Rushing, start planning. Modern life is fought with choices so learn to patronize.
6. Dont waste $10.00 worth of energy on a $2.00 problem. Choose your battle wisely to conserve time and energy.
7. Take regular relaxation breaks over the course oI the day. Go go Ior a walk around the oIfce or perIorm two
minutes deep breathing.
8. Learn to limit YES answers. You dont have to be everything to everyone.
9. Build pleasure into everyday. We all need personal time to do things we enjoy. Get up half an hour early - before
the kids - exercise, read, or take a bath. Start the day off with a positive frame of mind.
10. Give yourself as much praise and encouragement as you would a valued friend. Stop being so hard on yourself.
- Courtesy Psychologist Ethel Roskies
Say to yourself every morning:
Today is going to be a GREAT Day!
I can handle more than I think I can!
There is always something to be happy about!
Im going to make someone happy today!
Its not good to be down!
Life is great, make the most of it!
Expect the Unexpected; Yesterday is a canceled check.
Tomorrow is a promissory note; Today is a cash on hand.
Dont tell people your problems..... 70% dont care, the 30% are Glad!
Make Life Better - What can you do to make yourself and others around you happier?
1. Choose to have a positive disposition. If your attitude is right, hopefully everything else will follow.
2. Act better than you feel. Dont wait around until you feel the urge to do what you ought to do to make things
right. Do it anyway.
3. Dont kill today with yesterday. Regrets, past mistake, and tormenting failures spoil more Right NOWs than
anything else.
4. Know when to let go. Theres no sense in harboring bitter resentment and anger toward others. Learn to forgive.
5. Keep cool, even when you are hot. Find constructive ways to vent your anger so that you dont unload on the
people around you.
6. Make your relationships right. Devoting time to family and friends is the best investment you can make.
7. Live young, even when youre old. Never get so old that you cant learn, grow, or change for the better.
- Courtesy from Making Things Right When Things Go Wrong by Dr. Paul Faulkner
You cant change the past but you can ruin a perfectly good present by worrying about the future. Think positive.
