Some very serious matters have come to my attention concerning your service to The Public Trust. I attach Annex 1, proof of your official obligation as a servant of The Public Trust. (find in state statutes this statement and support with 5 CFR Part 2635 used as Annex 1. List documents on Annex 1 Title page) It appears from public record that some of your activities in your official capacity are based on __state__ law (or federal laws as the case may be) that are not in compliance with the limited authorities granted to you in your office by the State Constitution. The concern I have is two-fold. First, the effect upon me of non constitutional acts and second, the misuse of public authorities placing you, __name and title__ in a position of liability under representative capacity for legitimate governmental powers. There is a very simple, straight forward, easy method to address my concerns and therein legal ramifications. Provide to me at the above address the statement opinions of the Attorney General for State of _____ (or federal as the case may be) along with the Supreme Courts certifications of Constitutional compliance for the statutes or codes founding the matter of (here insert the claimed authorities founding your issue such as a traffic code, IRS code, etc.) The production of such certifications would protect the state (or federal government) its agencies and employees, agents, assigns, or instrumentalities from political or legal actions to clean these matters up. I believe and am of the well founded

opinion that this production of certified authorities is in my best interest, the best interest of the government entities and offices along with the best interest of all officers, employees, agents, assigns, or instrumentalities. This production of proper, legitimate, constitutionally compliant exercise of powers is simply good government. It recognizes the power of the People to ensure Our governments act correctly. Do you agree that good government is a partnership between the One People and our servants benefitting all parties affected? This letter is sent under the right of benefit of discussion and is intended to act as evidence if the need arises. Please advise of your decision within 10 business days as this matter is time sensitive. Thank you for your prompt mandatory response.
