VisionPLUS Interface to TRIAD Version 7 Data Sheet

A new capability has been added to the VisionPLUS mainframe product line. VisionPLUS has been enhanced to interface with TRIAD version 7, the newest release of this industry-recognized Adaptive Control System from Fair, Isaac. Version 7 integrates advanced new decision engine functionality enabling multiple scores and expanding every dimension of TRIAD for more flexibility and more predictive power.

MULTIPLE SCORE CALCULATION

Using the Decision System integration, TRIAD version 7 users have the ability to calculate up to ten different scores with a single call to TRIAD. The standard TRIAD version 7, without the Decision System integration, accommodates the calculation of one score.

SCORECARD ASSIGNMENT KEYS

With TRIAD version 7, scorecard assignment keys can be selected from the decision key library when building the scorecard assignment decision tree. The process to do this is the same as the process for defining the decision keys for treatment area strategies. Not only does this enhancement provide additional flexibility, but it also eliminates the need for custom coding in the clients PCTMS. This enhanced functionality reduces the cost and time needed to implement this aspect of TRIAD.

DECISION SYSTEMTM INTEGRATION

A key element of TRIAD version 7 is the integration of Fair, Isaac Decision System. On its own, Decision System helps businesses write and execute business rules to automate decisions in any business function. As an optional module offered with TRIAD version 7, Decision System increases the flexibility of Fair, Isaacs analytic and strategy deployment capabilities. Businesses have the option of processing Decision Key calculations, Scoring, or both. If a business chooses to utilize Decision System for this processing, Fair, Isaac provides prototype templates of each Decision System processing area. This option enables the use of Fair, Isaacs flexible and powerful Decision System engine to tailor the calculation of decision keys and scoring models without making changes to the main in-stream processing programs, thus reducing the dependency on Fair, Isaac or internal programmers to make such changes.

EXPANDED DECISION KEY LIBRARY

The key library, which is used for Strategic Portfolio ID (SPID) assignment, scorecard assignment, and in strategy tree definition, has been expanded from 120 keys to 250 keys.

POTENTIAL CLIENTS
Clients using VisionPLUS 8.12. or higher. A conversion program is available from TRIAD version 6. Clients running earlier versions of TRIAD will require a custom conversion program.
