Grooming is what sets a refined person apart.. it is a combination of knowing and adopting a routine of hygiene, clothing (as per professional/personal/climatic) needs..skin care, hair care(also taking care of unwanted hair), and then enhancing ones personality by styling hair, and putting on make up. A basic awareness of all aspects of grooming is healthy. We have to understand that just putting on make up.. and styling ones hair, isnt grooming grooming is done on a regular basis and one has to do it regardless of an immediate impending need ..like a function. It should be a part of routine and a way of life.

Eating Right to Look and Feel Your Best Every woman is different and should discuss with a physician and dietician specific, individual health and diet concerns. But overall, things have changed for women over the past century. In 1900, women were most likely to die from infectious diseases or complications from pregnancy and childbirth.
