CARE
Ensure the cover is assembled correctly prior to use.
When whisking recipes containing flour, always add the flour to the
liquid to ensure flour is mixed in properly.
While whipping egg whites make sure that the product is dry and
there is no water

200g dark chocolate
200mtheavy cream

3 eggs, separated

Melt chocolate and cream together in a microwave safe bowl for 90
seconds at 650 watts, Mix together until smooth and set aside to
