Dr. Mike vs Dr. John

In a bold move Dr. John, transfer all properties out of his company to new ones , gives the old company stock to good old Mike who loaned him $300,000 and then sues the old company and Mike for 1.5 million in back wages. Moral - don't loan Dr. John money.
