Biometric Database docs: From Department of Defense Contractor Mantech

These documents were released in an AntiSec dump in July 2011. They are still available in some places, but it has since been learned that the server on which they were hosted was an FBI server being used in coordination with AnonymouSabu who was acting as an informant as part of a plea deal. To our knowledge, there have been no media stories to date on the huge, shareable (with "Foreign Governments" even) database under discussion in these documents. These documents should cast further light on what the NYPD was up to when it recently demanded retinal or iris scans for OWSers unless they wanted larger bails and also upon the situations where, according to documents released by Wikileaks, the State Department has been asked to collect biometric data from UN and other International officials.
