The Bank of Albania (Albanian: Banka e Shqipërisë) is the central bank of Albania based in Tirana. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. He instantiated the Governor's Award, an annual award given to the best diploma dissertations prepared by Albanian undergraduate students.
