The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to fortify non-white people's problem-solving capabilities and to improve how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the best way to minimize hostilties with White and/or non-white co-workers, escape demotions, write-ups, terminations and the usual racial abuse we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, let us know how being "self employed" changes your experience with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist tactics from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages victims of racism to write down our workplace experiences.
