In this first episode of a three-part series on SGLT-2 inhibitors Drs. John Russell and Neil Skolnik discuss the Cardiovascular Outcome Trials (CVOTs) of the SGLT-2 inhibitors, as well as the place of the SGLT-2is in the American Diabetes Association Guidelines and answer some common practical questions about SGLT-2 inhibitor use.  In episodes 2 and 3 of this series, Drs.
