Introduction Of The Project

Share Tracker tracks stocks, mutual funds, and other investments. Analyze and compare investments and portfolios with a wide variety of easy to use graphs and reports. Graphs will plot value, cost, gain, or allocation for any investment or portfolio. Graphs will also plot share price, price plus distributions, moving averages, and technical analysis for investments. Overlay indices, multiple investments and/or portfolios for comparing performance. Line plots, pie charts, and stacked graph formats are all available. Over a dozen reports are available for viewing information on investments and portfolios. Reports can be memorized and are customizable, so you can display the data you want, in the format you prefer.

STUDY OF EXISTING SYSTEM

In the existing system the process is quite manual for the I t takes time to communication to receive information about the status or records to commit an transition. Draw Backs A time consuming process The range of registration is limited due to distance between outlets. Tedious clerical work or more usage of manpower undergone while entering details. The centre finds a difficult to improve the network of its branches. The centre has been spending a huge amount in terms of publishing and advertising. The centre pays difficulty to provide service to pupil from any part of the globe. Cant be used for large number of user Single or small (home) investor cant involve directly to the system they have to trade through some agent or subordinates.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
To design and develop a web module titled Share Tracker which supports e-commerce through online booking, online registration and online trading(share). To also facilitate easy accessibility of information right from any part of the globe. The new proposed system is designed to increase the efficiency and speed of marketing and it will reduce the time needed to travel. Any user can access the site and interested ones can register. Then using that login name and password the customer or the user can use the service of this site to get admission for course. If the user has a right to access the details, he can login with username. The advantage of new system is easy to use because no prior knowledge of computers is necessary to operate this. Interface of this is generic in nature and more users friendly.

Module Description
Administrator Area Administration is an entity, which keeps tracks of the proceedings of the center. He has the complete authority over all the features associated within the site with the co operation of the employees. The features in this module are The administrator has a different login entry. He changes the password regularly so that no one can hack the site. The site also provides alert to him every week to change the password every week, if he hasnt changed the password. He is given the authority to decide the different types of Shares, Stocks that can be available through his site. The administrator can use the facilities provided in this module to handle the various operations related to updating the Database with ease. Management System manages the repository of, updating stock / Share price FAQs and other information.

Module Description
User(trader) Area Here the trader or user those who would like to Invest on shares can use this site. Each user has first register into the site, then they have to wait for admin authorization .after getting admen authorization which involves verification and all background process they can access the options allowed to them. The features of this module are The user can use this system to experience a user-friendly sojourn that understands his every impulse. The users are given a wide selection of choices so he can choose any of the trading options at any time within work hours according to their needs. The user refers to the Internet users who have interest in investing shares at this center. The traders are the users who registered for the trading account(account holder) He can also search for the stocks that are available in the site for trading. User of the system can request to delete the membership. only after admin clearance the account will be deleted. They can also change the password and update their records like address, phone number, mail id etc.

Online trading is the medium / technology which allows it user to trade from any geographical location to any geographical location through Internet .

Share :
In financial markets, a share is a unit of account for various financial instruments including stocks, mutual funds, limited partnerships. A company I sues shares to collect money from the market for investment purpose . In return it offers a percentage of profit amount to its share holders. Client : The person who holds an account in the bank and wants the bank to handle his stock trading. Buyer : A well-reputed bank, which wants to simplify the process of trading of stock for its clients Stock Exchange : A place where exchange of stocks takes place in return of money. Demat Account : An account of the client which contains stock he holds.

Agent or franchisee : This are the people who have permit to Deal In between Small investors like Individuals or small business origination's who invests in company Shares , and company who Issues its share to get money from market. For example : Karvy , Relige , ICICI Direct , & etc. SEBI : (Securities And Exchange Board Of India) : SEBI is the governing body of India who controls the hole share trading possess (stock market). For the Security of Investors as well as Indian economy.

CONCLUSION
The system objectives specified in the requirements documents are believed to have satisfactorily met. The implementation of the candidate system is completed. The system is tested using sample data. Testing of the system has given good results. The processing of the proposed system is simple and is in regular order.
The various plans employed in the project are user friendly and easy to understand. The system has been designed in a manner so as to provide valuable, timely and accurate information. This system was effective and efficient. The database approves the following Reducing data redundancy Improving data consistency Establishing data integrity.

FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS
The site can be improved by adding more facilities. In the site we dont have the ability to register complaints against the information which might not be added in site. The following are the suggestions from my side Add the reports for observing the status Implementing AI For better understanding of Market trends and traders needs. Add better GUI for more easy access to end user.

The site will be very useful if we add the above said functionalities.
