Entrepreneurs are people who are too naive to see the obstacles
that are obvious to others.
The entrepreneur leads the firm or organization and also demonstrates leadership qualities by selecting managerial staff. Management skill and strong team building abilities are essential leadership attributes for successful entrepreneurs

 Asopalav was started out 45 years ago by Mr. Waghjibhai along with two partners Mr. Hirabhai and Mr. Dhirubhai. They started their first showroom in Patan in 1968. Mr. Waghjibhais basic idea was to do a business and they came up with a cloth unit.

 They opened their second showroom in GujaratPalanpur in 1969. To open a new branch they did not face any problem of funds because cloth was available on credit period of 3 months. In 1972 they came up with a wholesale unit of suiting and shirting on a small scale named- A Kamlesh & Co. The inception of the third showroom was made in Ratanpole in 1975 which they named- ASOPALAV.

 Having established three centers the brand of Asopalav made a place in the hearts of customers. Because of the tremendous growth of Asopalav, they decided to start the fourth showroom in Ahmedabad, in 1985 which was on Ashram Road. The fifth outlet was started in Surat in 1999.

 The sixth and definitely not their last outlet was started in Satellite area in 2005. They never thought of entering into manufacturing of cloth. But for quite some time now, they have engaged in Job work for shirting, suiting and sarees.

Difficulties Faced
The entrepreneur feels there are some difficulties they face in this business. They are: The cost of the land is increasing day by day. So their plans of expansion are less. Employees leave often as the pay is not as per their expectations so the employees very often leave the organization. Freshers come more often but they need a experienced salesman which they do not get easily. Bank Loan is not easily available.

HISTORY
Nature Technocrats was started in 1998. The story goes way back to summers of 1997 when Mr Arvind Patel suddenly got high fever due to very hot weather. The family put a wet towel on his head and put him under the fan. Gradually the fever went away and he got an idea of developing a cooling system which would cool water without electricity just like the fever got cooled off. As a result, he started working on a prototype for making a natural water cooler. He took a small steel tank and covered it with a cloth. A pipe was put round the tank which acted as water inlet to the tank. The pipe was covered with wet ribbon. Then, with the help of a table fan, the temperature was lowered and later, he observed that the temperature dropped to 28 degrees Centigrade.

THE PRODUCT IDEA

An innovative, low cost, energy efficient, environment friendly water cooler, which cools water naturally based on principle of heat exchange. The cooling process does not require external power source for operation. The technology has tremendous potential in dry and hot climatic conditions (i.e. tropical) where electricity is not available. Further the uses benefits from the medicinal properties of copper. The natural water cooler is fitted with standard water purifier / filter hence overcomes the limitation of Matka and ensures hygienic conditions
