Solution Implementation
Solution will be Implemented through 3 main steps: 1. Add an RFID Printing Station next to the barcode printer in each quality assurance section. (to generate the TAG) 2. Attaching the RFID Tag on products (add a stage on assembly line). 3. Start directly tracking products starting from the warehouse down to the end retailers using several handhelds. Note: Prior to Implementation, connecting to ERP systems (SAP) must be adjusted accordingly.
