Introduction
Archangel is a new enterprise established in 2006 by few young entrepreneurs. After its inception it felt the needs of same visionary enterprises in different sectors. As a result few more same idealistic organizations come under the same umbrella & run their business for a new goal.
Problem Statement
Archangel is new and small enterprise. It was combined with two other companies. The business visions of the all sectors are
very much functional but still the exist a miss coordination. This factor does not allow the company to flourish in its expected success as it was desired to do when it was established.
Organization overview
Archangel
Logistic Support (ALS) was established in 2006 As a project of Warid Telecom to outsource and provide logistic support to inaugurate the training center. After successfully accomplishment of that, ALS achieved the confidence of Warid Telecom & they offered some other services. But that time company was not ready to provide that short of services.

So Archangel decided to be merged with other two
organizations. Finally Moitry, Archangel Logistic Support and Shadow of Sun come into a common platform named todays Archangel.

all over the world urges the company to invest more in research and development. Open market economy welcomes more competitors not only from locality but also from abroad Not adequate availability of skill workers and its turnover.

Plan:
Once the best idea is selected, Archangel develops the execution plan. It includes how it would approach, timings and costing. Create: Once the idea is approved, Archangel gets down to the execution, developing the initial products and services. Discuss: Initial developments are shared with the client at this stage for comments and feedback.

Develop: When all the ideas and initial
designs are aligned with client's requirement, Archangel goes for the development of the final product. Deliver: Archangel delivers based on clients requirement what ever are it.
Findings
As the employees are joined from three
different firms there is no formal organizational structure. Absence of proper organizational chart. Archangel is a completely centralized organization. All the decisions are taken by the top management. So authority of different sectors and positions are not clearly spell out.
Recommendation
Decentralization should be made based of
division of labor with proper spelled out authority, which will defiantly result in the pace of the work among the whole organization. Archangel should form an appropriate organizational chart, where the positions of superiors and subordinates are clearly defined.

Conclusion
There are lots of opportunities ahead of Archangel as it has got lots of potentiality in operation and technology know-how. Just they need to patch up the small organizational and managerial loophole in their enterprise. Then there is no way looking back for them. They can definitely utter Your Dream, Our Destiny the motto of Archangel the business of new generation Bangladeshi business.
