Company TUNGA INC. is an hospitality industry and is jointly formed by MR. V.K. LAXMAN a a former head chef fo ASIAN HOTLE Mumbai and his wife MRS. LAXMAN.

.MR. LAXMAN is establishing this firm as a growth-oriented endeavor in order to supplement his retirement, he came up with the idea of Restaurant with theatre, where in people can came to watch a movie in addition to which they can enjoy good quality food n relax also.
Product and services Restaurant will be offering a menu of food and beverages with a distinctive image .our restaurant will provide healthy (low-fat, low cholesterol, natural ingredients), flavorful, and familiar. Our goal is to create the image of light satisfying and still nutritious food.

Market Company has observed that there is no any restaurant in the proposed area, so by executing such a concept in that locality the co. will be able to grab the potential customers. Therefore, management believes this may be a good time to get into the industry and gain market share.

General information about the plan


TUNGA INC. mainly associated with the restaurant industy, has planed to open a restaurant with theatre in the kalamboli, near MGM COLLEGE. It will be a restaurant cum theatre concept where in people can watch a movie and they can have food also at minimal prices.

It will be a multispeciallity restaurant along with multiscreen theratre.


Alos it will provide a customer care center through which people can book ticket and can place order for food well in advance. Customers can do the above thing through companies website also.

Company has the opportunity by opening restaurantcum- theatre in the area where there is no such option available for the customers. In nearer area colleges , schools , residential societies are there , so company has an opportunity to grab those customers.

Commercial foodservice which will be serving students directly in the nerarby hostels.

The Target Market


The market TUNGA INCs products covers a large area of diverse and densely populated groups. It is also an area known for and catering to the demographic group we are targeting. As the proposed concept will be near by to college , school, as well the locality, the targeted customers would be Local population in the nearby locality Colleges and Universities , as the restaurant will be providing the mess service also , the students who lives in PG, or in hostels would also be our customers.

As the restaurant will be on edge of the express highway the people who travel are also be the target for the co. Local businesses Workers at Taloja industry

Competition
As the co. is undertaking such a collaborative plan , company will not have huge competition at initial stage unless and until there is an entry of substitute or new innovation in the area. Yes , the restaurant will have a bit competition from little world mall,at kharghar.. But as it doesnt have same concept the intensity of competition will be less A bit competition will be there from mcdonald as they have two outlets in nearby area. Besides, Our aggressive plans give us an advantage to create a good market share before the competition can adjust or similar concepts appear.

Operation plan
Facilities & Offices The restaurant at panvel express highway in a 2400 Square foot space. The licenses and codes' issues are all in order. New equipment and dining room furnishings and the screen for theatre will be purchased and installed by the general contractors. Hours of Operation The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Service will begin at 11:00 AM and end at 11:00 PM.

Employee Training & Education


Employees will be trained not only in their specific operational duties but in the philosophy and applications of our concept. Systems & Controls A big emphasis is being placed on extensive research into the quality and integrity of our products. . Food costs and inventory control will be handled by our computer system and checked daily by management. For theatre team of experts will be there to look after and provide necessary and required technical assistance.

As earlier stated our emphasis will be providing good quality of product to our customers , so the customers will be experienced luxury with minimal cost. Apart from that co. will undertake garbage elimination plan in the nearer area as a part of its responsibility towards society.
