REPLY SPEAKERS
Reply speech is a comparative analysis of the strength and weaknesses of the case of both sides. The aim of the speech is to give a bias judgment as to why should the people support the team's claim. The speech is first delivered by the opposition side and followed by the government side who will close the debate.

The convention is 7 minutes per speech The 1st and 6th Minutes are Considered PROTECTED TIME. Whats that? 30 Minutes Prep Time (USE WISELY)

A truism is an argument that is considered to be true by vast majority of people. Example: genocide is bad
Tautology:
Not a truism now but will be true in the near future: example: Obama should close Guantanamo Bay (in fact, isnt close yet, but Obama has already decided to close Guantanamo Bay already)
