INTRODUCTION

The project is all about Training and Development of

employees. Human resource management is the


management of employees skill, knowledge abilities, talent, aptitude, creativity, ability etc. different terms are used for denoting Human Resource Management. They are labour management, labour administration, labor management relationship, employee employer relationship, industrial relationship, human capital management, human asset management etc. Though these terms can be used differently widely, the basic nature of distinction lies in the scope or coverage and evolutionary stage.

COMPANY PROFILE

BabaSlings Ltd is a conscious young company dedicated to the design of indispensable products for the modern family. since 2005 the company been producing one of the UKs favorite baby slings .
Now the company sells its products in over 25 countries internationally and continue to grow each year.

OBJECTIVE OF STUDY

To apply theoretical knowledge of Training & Development into Practical aspect.


To critically analyze prevailing training and development in BABA THINGS To critically analyze training environment & personal relationship between trainer and trainee while training.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY :

Sources of data collected : Primary data - structured questionnaire

Tools used : chi square test Cross tabs Sample size: 100

Period of study: May 2012 July 2012.

FINDINGS:

Mutual understanding between the low level employees and top level

management

Every 3 month the company providing increment for the employers Job satisfaction level is high. The employees are appointed as company staff not in contract bases. The training provide for 1 week for the new comers. All Employers are satisfied with the lunch which is prepared according to their wish other than the salary. The helpers preferred to spend time during the may month with their family for a week holidays rather than the tour of every year.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

The company can provide uniform or identity card for the employers in order to known for the outsider public

The company can conduct still more training programs

for the new employers

The company can get more orders for the production so that the company can be developed in India.

The helpers can be provided a good work environment.

CONCLUSION:

It concluded that BABA Things follows a unilateral strategy towards their employers in order to maintain better relationship. They focus more on employee satisfaction rather than the work. All the employers in the company are live like one family. Even illiterate are given opportunity to work.

Any new comer can get of job with 1 week training program.
The salary are paid according to the no. of unit produced by the employee. The company was fully employee oriented not the profit oriented. The management provide more than the employers expiation.
