3.2 LIMITATIONS

In spite of all the things we do, life is seldom perfect. A lot of hard work and sincere effort has gone into completing this project. Yet, in this endeavor we faced obstacles and limitations. Some of them are mentioned below:
Time Constraint. Lack of proper guidance. Respondents might not reveled true information.

Only 50 employees of organization have been taken as a sample which might not be enough.
I find some problems in analysis of data.

. CONCLUSION Training needs are assessed based on the organizations needs, the type of work that is to be done, and the type of skills required to complete that work. Organization should provide training to employees in the areas of company policies and procedures, specific skills, human relations, problem solving, managerial and supervisory skills and apprentice training. I felt that all departments that I had visited are very well to their distinct knowledge but at the same time every department need some technical and managerial trainings which I have identified through my observations and meetings with HODs. If training will be given with proper schedule, with proper timings and at proper place without affecting work than it will be beneficial for the companys growth. I concluded that training needs should be identified after every six- months so that there are fewer chances of wastage, accidents and breakdowns. Self assessment method should also be used so that it helps to get fair results.

THANK YOU.
