Competition : The Companys activities are subject to antitrust and trade regulation statutes designed to promote fair and honest competition. These laws govern the ways in which employees and directors interact with both competitors and associates and prohibit activities such as fixing prices, setting discriminatory prices and entering into agreements with competitors.
