There is no specific and defined law in the constitution of Pakistan regarding acid attacks, so one is afraid to commit this evil act In Pakistan there is a great deal of discrimination between the two genders, from primary to the national level

Social Reasons:
Refusal of marriage proposals is another major factor over here If a man is not coming up to everyones requirements according to family needs he send wife to go and work and earn some money
In some rural areas women dont have access to education because of men
Once they get educated they will be aware of their rights and they will demand for justice and that is what men dont wants Refusal to sexual advancement is another major factor of acid attack There are certain factors behind the acid attacks some of them are land disputes, dowry system, martial disputes, and family disputes

Economical Reasons:
Economic abuse is when the abuser has complete control over the victim's money and other economic resources Women strongly supported educating their daughters, but pressures remain to marry them early, in part to avoid high dowry costs Certain cultural practices and traditions, like entrenched patriarchy and stigma attached to divorce, make south Asian women more vulnerable to domestic violence
Lack of economic independence, lack of English language skills, a culture that discourages women from speaking out, in many cases an ignorance of their Islamic rights within marriage
Immigrant women may perceive the danger posed by their husbands as being less than the dangers posed by the outside world
Police
NGOS Help:
Organization is Depilex Smile again Foundation, which organized by Miss Musarat Missbah The women which are burned or these faces are melted through acid Those women are taken into account and treated After that if they are not recovered they are been sent to abroad for further operations These operations are performed by latest surgical tool and technology
Government Help:
Pakistan government is also working for the welfare of these women Jinnah hospital has its plastic surgery department for these victims in Lahore Government is also making a recovery center where the victims after recovery can get a job or that works which they can do in there spare time
Media:
Here media plays his very essential role It covers all the effects and all the happening Burn victims can get great benefits from the media as it shows the whole area
Police:
Police are the great source for these women that they can fight for the justice, seek there rights, face the world with bravery
Conclusion:
The first battle is to increase public awareness We must be absolutely clear in the message the public hears: Violence is violence Awareness programs should be arranged for both men and women
We have made huge progress in the last couple of centuries, and we will continue to do so. No doubt we will be judged by the generations who follow us The challenge for us all is to make sure that the legacy we leave them is the best that it can possibly be
