PROBLEM DEFINITION
In Fabrication areas, very important and sensitive problem is the external influence produced by

humidity, dust particles, temperature and pressure variations etc. Also,In case of PCB an exposure to humid ambient conditions will cause the absorption of moisture that can greatly affect the proper operation of the equipment. The corrosion on metallic parts of an electronic assembly is another problem generated by the humidity, especially in the fabrication stage.

OBJECTIVE
To Measure and monitor the environmental

Parameters like humidity and temperature using Labview. Developing a Data acqusition system that is capable to measure the Environmental parameters. Since we are getting input from the sensors periodically,it is possible to analyse the conditions at different Time instants.

CONCLUSION :
Environmental parameters (humidity, pressure, temperature etc.) have a significant impact on

electronic modules and circuits, those been necessary to be continuous monitored and measured, especially in fabrication areas. The performance of the proposed measurement and monitoring systems depends mainly by the sensors that are used. It has a simple structure and still allows an accurate monitoring of the proposed parameters.
