IQ Gains spread its wing in early 2011 and has successfully attained the altitude whereby we have eminent member associated with it. The journey has been very exciting & we continue to strive in the given direction with pride.

Our first ever event themed Ideas Intelligence Integrated held on the 21st May, 2011, left a deep imprint on the minds of the IQ Gains community. Over 100++ members participated.

Mr. Osama Manzar

Founder Digital Empowerment Foundation With about 17 years of experience, Osama Manzar is an entrepreneur, editor, columnist, and new media specialist. He has studied Advanced IT Management Programme at Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He has recently formed an NGO Digital Empowerment Foundation. Osama is also on the board of directors of World Summit Award. He is a founder and steering committee member of Global Alliance for Bridging Digital Divide based in Hong Kong.

CA IPCC- Income Tax, Final- Direct Tax Dr. Girish Ahuja is a renowned CA. He did his graduation and post-graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce and was a position holder. He got his Ph. D from FMS; University of Delhi. He is a senior faculty member of Shri Ram College of Commerce and also visiting faculty member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and various management institutes.

Mr. Promod Mitroo

Independent Consultant The General Manager (Rtd.) at Veolia Water UK Plc, Mr. Promod Mitroo was responsible for setting up representative office for Veolia Water in India which was later converted into a wholly owned subsidiary where he continued to be the Director till Jan 2011. He was instrumental in arranging technical tie-ups with the leading Japanese Manufacturers and progressive Indian companies.

Mr. Anupam Bhasin

Director-HR & TQM Hero Group Anupam Bhasin is at present working as Director (Human Resource & Total Quality Management) for Hero Group of Companies and as Whole Time Director of Hero Corporate Service Limited. He worked for 13 years in the areas of project management, quality, manpower planning, corporate planning, information technology, personnel and HR, setting up offices/businesses in Indian and abroad.

Most recently he was a senior banker focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and capital raising with JPMorgan and Arma Partners in New York, San Francisco and London.He is focused in the power and logistics sectors in India where he leverages his experience, vision and relationships to build robust businesses.

Objective of our meeting

Constitution of Advisory and Executive Committee The two layered structure comprises of a four team and a eight members advisory board. members executive

The Advisory board and executive committee are the two sides of the same coin, and would work in tandem.

Conceptual Roles and responsibilitiesAdvisory and Executive Committee

There are many ideas viable or not viable are swirling around us, our advisory will ideate and collate these ideas and transfer them on to the executive committee , while the executive board will assess and evaluate the ideas and opportunities. The committee will freeze upon a viable idea, by scrutinizing it further and will therefore escalate it to the founder members.

First school of thought: Identification of one or more verticals for Earth to diversify. Second school of thought: Identification of a viable business idea collectively Where in the investment will be Founder members 10% -20% IQ Gains member (directly or through there network) 80%

Our expectations:
We believe the expertise and experience the committee members would bring in, shall be of great significance. We expect the members to add value through the following: Investment of time Domain knowledge

Going Forward
At every monthly meeting, the committee will propose or suggest two viable business/ investment ideas. The ideas will then be discussed and worked upon collectively.

Next Wishlist
For next months meeting the agenda shall be frozen in this meeting. We also propose a foreign group tour in the month of May, on a no profit- no loss basis. Details shall be sent shortly based on the confirmed list of the participants from the IQ Gains Community.
