Only 24% of customers wants to invest in share market. Customer has less awareness about Angel Broking Ltd. Because there are only 37% Only 38% of customer awareness about services provided by Angel Broking Ltd. Lack of availability of Angel Broking ltd. Still there are 42% of customer with Angel Broking Ltd. compared to other companies because of services and less brokerage charges.
Time constraint. The study is limited to the different schemes available under the Demat account selected. Geographical locations. Extreme variability in MARKET.
The Brand image of Angel Broking Ltd. is good but according to customer satisfaction company has to provide better services. Advertisement through Print and Electronic media. Proper guidance to the customer. Reduced signature for account opening.
