Performance on the triple
constraints
Contd..
• Time: Our initial time was 4-5 weeks,
and now that has changed to about
7-8 weeks
• Cost: Our initial cost was 5000-7000
PKR, and there are no changes to the
initial cost of our project.
• Scope: There was a slight change in
our initial scope which will be
discussed later.
Changes made in initial
scope
Initial Scope:
Identifying the problems SME’s are facing in Pakistan and
the Asian countries and providing solutions and
recommendations to these problems

Changes made:
Our primary research will now be focused only on
identifying the problems and recommendations of these
SME’s in the regions of Punjab and the federal area due
to time constraints and resource shortages.
Risk Realized
• There is no support from the
government
• Inaccurate information from the
Questionnaires
• Problems occurred while explaining
the questions to the Respondent due
to language barrier
Risk Mitigation
• We use the support of Electronic
media
• Increase the sample size from 100 to
250
• Modify the questionnaires so that
respondent can easily understand
the Questions
Contingency Plan
• Not getting the correct information,
therefore changing our sample size.
• Not able to do primary research on
the whole Pakistan , so limiting the
scope to Punjab and Federal area.
• Changes the sample size from 100 to
250.

Feedback to peers
• Time:-
– Initial phase of the project took the most time
as the group contained a mixture of students
from MBA and BBA
– All members of the group worked as cohesive
unit to finish the project on time

Cost:-
– The group contributed and equally shared
the cost that was incurred
Lessons Learned
• Always start the project with a
brainstorming session
• Buck up the team from the start
• Properly define and then re-define
the scope
• Think BIG, take risks
