Production Planning

For instance, to decide on production level in period 4 for SAMA, we took 200,000 units sold in period 3 times by Others segment growth rate for the next period 19.6% and then adjust 20% upward. We get 287,000 units. Subsequently, we were very optimistic about the market as we know that our cash cow product has the highest brand awareness of 70% and a purchase intention of 29.1% so we added 10,000 more units for a total of 300,000.
