To ensure that each customer receives prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. To maintain a clean, comfortable and well maintained premises for our customers and employees. To provide at a fair price nutritional, well-prepared meals - using only quality ingredients. To ensure that all customers and employees are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. We believe that as a company and as individuals we have the responsibility to improve the quality of life for our employees and communities.

RESEARCH BASED ON VISION AND MISSION SATEMENT OF PPL:

Vision
To maintain Pakistan Petroleum Limiteds position as the premier producer of hydrocarbons in the country by exploiting conventional and unconventional oil and gas resources, resulting in value addition to shareholders investment and the nation as a whole.

Mission
To sustain long-term growth by pursuing an aggressive hydrocarbons exploration and production optimization programme in the most efficient manner through a team of professionals utilizing the latest developments in technology while ensuring that quality is an integral part of all operations and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environment protection and addressing community development needs.

Q1. When did your organization first develop its mission and vision statement? Who was responsible for developing these statements? Ans. It was developed at its inception in 1952 by then Burmah Oil of Britain. Q2. How long has your current statement existed? When it was last modified? Why were they modified at that time? Ans. It was modified from time to time, however, its major modification was done in 2008 due to its business expansion and performance enhancement plan. Q3. By which processes are your firm's vision and mission statement modified? Ans. It was always modified by group consultation and Strategic Plan. Q4. How are your vision and mission statements used in the firm? Ans. They are used to guide the Organization towards its growth plan.
