Job analysis
We are going to conduct job analysis in order to make a job description for orient enterprises to help in recruiting a Group manager. We have used a qualitative method for this purpose and conducted a questionnaire. New Jubilee insurance has any present job description for hiring a marketing manager but we are helping to hire a group manager.

Selection Process:
Initial Screening:
The entire applicants who apply for the post will be

screened.
The applicants who do not meet the required criteria for the post will be eliminated. The criteria for the post are to be based purely on the job specification

Employment test:
