Why am I talking about teamwork in schools?

Making schools successful takes more than just individuals it take teamwork Teamwork in schools focus on meeting the academic and social needs of all the students in school Working together is a more effective way to accomplish important tasks

Teams tend to be better at solving problems Teams have higher level of commitment Teams include more people who can help to implement an idea or plan Teams generate energy and interest in new projects

Just as the school vision and mission focus on student learning, team building, team planning and team development forms an integral role at improving students outcomes.

Reflection
