Organizational Structure Sistema is included into a number of the leading Russian companies investing in long-term projects that demands attraction of the large sums on Russian and the international financial markets. ABOUT MTS Mobile TeleSystems OJSC ("MTS") is the leading telecommunications group in Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, offering mobile and fixed voice, broadband, pay TV as well as content and entertainment services in one of the world's fastest growing regions. Including its subsidiaries, as of December 31, 2009, the Group serviced over 102.4 million mobile subscribers in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia and Belarus, a region that boasts a total population of more than 230 million. The Groups fixed business, as of December 31, 2009, had a total of 7.5 million households passed, 1.3 million broadband Internet and 2.1 million pay-TV subscribers. CORPORATE STRATEGY MTS aims to be the leading communication operator in India, providing its customers with mobile and high internet access at home and on the move. For this company is trying to move beyond the mobile access. The development of MTS beyond mobile access is part of our strategic initiative 3i. Companys direction is basically based on three main principles:
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
First, The Raw Data represent the actual first hand responded that are obtained about an object of investigation by asking questions or observing actions. Second, Data Structure represents the results of combining individual raw response into group of raw data using some type of quantitative and qualitative analysis procedure (e.g. content analysis, calculation of sample statistics). SOURCES OF DATA Primary Data : Primary data are collected from Personal Interview Through Questionnaires Secondary Data :Secondary data are collected from Website Company Records
Here structured questionnaire is the method which is used for data collection. The data is collected by direct visiting to the customers.
LIMITATIONS
Findings are based on the views expressed by the consumers. So it may suffer from biased prejudices. Some of the respondents were not co-operative & many seem to be having no interest. The study has not been intended on a very large scale, have the possibility of errors, which cannot be ruled out. Time limitations Area was specified.

INTERPRETATION From the above graph, 42% of people are using TATA PHOTON USB MODEM for the internet connection, so TATA has the largest market sha (presently) of the product. 30% of customers use MTS, and having the 2nd highest market share of the product. INTERPRETATION:From the above graph , 42% of people access internet for entertainment purpose , so company should come up with some offers like providing NODOWLOADING CHARGES to the websites like social networking & Wikipedia. 33 % of people use internet for official use.
FINDINGS The tariff offered by MTS is much cheaper than the competitors. The promotional offers are also better than competitors. Where the network exist the speed which customer experience is better than others. The Locations like UNIVERSITY ROAD, WEST END ROAD, BEGUM PUL & MAWANA ROAD. Are all covered strongly. The existing customers are satisfied with the downloading and uploading speed of Mblaze. Satisfaction level of customers are high than other competitors. Customers easily get the recharge facilities near by their houses and offices. Customer support services of MTS are also better than competitors.
SUGGESTIONS The company should have plans for corporate sector. The company should spread out there promotional activities in sub urban areas. The company should increase their promotional activities to have an edge towards the competitors. The company should bring up with more of customer complaint area. As the sales team is working efficiently, but the company should lay emphasis on Electronic and print media.
CONCLUSION The conclusion based on learnings are as follow:This project introduced me to the organization profile of MTS Telecommunication (India) LTD. The project facilitated me in learning the business operation of MTS Company. It gave knowledge about different types of promotional activities. The project helped me in gaining practical knowledge about how a questionnaire is been prepared.(Proper format) . To how to make data analysis and how to make interpretations with the given data. It helps the researcher to gain knowledge about personal selling, how to sell product to customers. It helps the researcher to know how the survey are conducted in the market. It helps the researcher to know the customer satisfaction level of MTS Mblaze.
