Inclusion Criteria
RFSW: Born female, 15 years and older, who had sex in exchange of cash or payment in kind in the past 30 days, and is based in an entertainment establishment registered at the local Social Hygiene Clinic (SHC) FFSW: Born female, 15 years and older, who had sex in exchange of cash or payment in kind in the past 30 days, and is based in cruising sites such as streets or entertainment establishments not registered at the local SHC.

Men Having Sex with Men (MSM)

Inclusion Criteria
Born male, 15 years and older, who had sex, anal or oral, with another male in the past 12 months

Group Definition MSM: respondents who did not accept payment (cash) in exchange for sex with another male in the past 12 months
MSW: Male Sex Worker: respondents who accepted payment (cash) in exchange for sex with another male in the past 12 months

A significant number of the FSW and MSM know the prevention of HIV and yet a significant of them still believe misconceptions Though FSW have higher knowledge than MSM

There is significant high exposure on HIV intervention for FSW than MSM. More likely to be spared from HIV infection There is a significant risk on HIV for MSM than FSW. Less likely for MSM to ever been tested

Zero Syphilis for FSW One case (0.67%)of syphilis among MSM Syphilis as proxy indicator of HIV May be the tip of the iceberg

Recommendations
ICE Campaign on HIV to remove misconceptions Laymanize ICE materials for easy Collaborate with NGO working on MSM group If none, then the SHC must take the lead on educating MSM

Reiterate abstinence for young people and delay first sex Advocate condom use to these risk groups esp. MSM to the earliest possible time Encourage condom use for multiple sexual partners

Increase exposure of MSM to HIV intervention by close collaboration between SHC and NGO to be able to decrease their risk of HIV infection
