Vertical or Horizontal Tree System Types (SVXT & SHXT). 13-5/8" SG-1 Wellhead (Same wellhead does both tree types). Shallow Water Systems (Approx 100m Water Depth). Installed using a Jack-up Drilling Rig (13-5/8" Surface BOP) .

Operating pressure of 5000 psi standard (Up to 6500 psi SVXT).

Lightweight trees typically 16 Tonnes SVXT or 28 Tonnes SHXT. SG-1 Wellhead - Protection Structure 65 Tonnes snag load transferred to the 30" conductor.

Compatible with SG-1 Production Guidebase. Convert mudline suspension wells (no tree mods). System CAPEX and installation significantly reduced over Deepwater

13-5/8" OD wellhead hub profile upper connection
Interfaces with the casing hanger in the wellhead via the isolation/orientation sleeve attached to the Treehead. Locked on with a CH-4 hydraulic non-integral connector providing structural and pressure containing connection to the subsea wellhead 5" Production Choke with ROV retrievable choke insert. 2" Gas Lift Choke with ROV retrievable choke insert. 5" and 2" Flowline Connectors.

13-5/8" Tubing Hanger (SHXT)

Key Features:-

Concentric main through bore with a side outlet, which, in the installed position, is aligned with the horizontal main bore of the Treehead. HT-SG seals mounted on the circumference of the hanger above and below the outlet form the primary production seals.

The HT-SG seal is an elastomeric energised metal-to-metal seal. The tubing hanger is oriented by a male key on the hanger bearing against a helix and close tolerance vertical slot in the Isolation/Orientation sleeve.
The tubing hanger bore has a wireline plug profile above the production outlet. Internal seal and locking profile for crown plug. Up to 6 off hydraulic downhole functions & 1 DHPT. 5-1/2" 17/20lb/Ft Box Thread.

Crown Plugs (Used in both SVXT/SHXT)

Recovered using standard wireline fishing tool. Locking dogs retain crown plug in MVB or TH.

Bi-directional chevron packing set provides the

secondary seal.

Uni-directional U seal is the primary metal to

metal (MTM) plug seal.

Lower target ring is a sacrificial component that

protects the main plug components from erosion by well bore fluids.
