Islam Is a complete code of Life. It discusses all the principles of Religion Such as Spiritual Life Intellectual Life Personal Life Social Life Family life Political life Economical life

Right of Property Not to deal in interest Circulation of Wealth Zakat Sadqah Equality Social Justice Welfare

Right Of Property
An individual has been allowed liberty by God to earn wealth, make property, enjoy it and spend it as he likes. It also entails freedom to adopt any profession, business or vocation to earn livelihood.

Restrictions
It is forbidden to gain property or wealth by fraud, theft, or other falsehoods. It is particularly hateful for a guardian to take from an orphan's property. Al QURAN: . "To orphans restore their property (when they reach their age). Do not substitute your worthless things for their good ones, and do not devour their property by mixing it up with your own. For this is indeed a great sin" (Qur'an 4:2).

Do not gain interest

It is strictly forbidden What is intrest Al Quran "Those who devour usury will not stand....Allah has permitted trade and forbidden usury.... Allah will deprive usury of all blessing, but will give increase for deeds of charity..." (Qur'an 2:275-6).

Another important objective of economic system of Islam is to discourage hoarding and ensure the constant circulation of wealth About hoarding of wealth the Quran says:

They who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah, unto them give tidings of a painful doom. On the day when it will (all) be heated in the fire of hell and their foreheads and their flanks and their backs will be branded therewith (and it will be said unto them). Here is that which ye hoarded for yourselves. Now taste of what ye used to hoard: (At-Taubah-9 : 34-35).

Zakat is one among five pillars of Islam. It has been mentioned Along with daily prayers over seventy times in the Quran. From this, we can conclude that after salaah, Zakat is one of The most important act in Islam.

Zakat has two meanings purification and growth. Technically, It means the purification of wealth by giving prescribed Amount to the poor people. Zakat is compulsory for a person: If He/She is an adult and Muslim He she must have enough wealth It should be given after a complete Lunar Year
The amount of wealth that is taken out as zakat is called NISAB . Its rate is 2.5% Gold Should be 7.50 Tolas and Silver should be 52.50 Tolas

Recipients of Zakat:Following are people to whom zakat could be given FUQARA MASAKEEN AL AMEEN MU ALLAFATL-QULUB AR-RIQAAB AL-GHARIMEEN FE-SABEELILLAH IBN-US-SABEEL

Quran: "And they have been commanded no more than this: to worship Allah, offering Him sincere devotion, being true in faith . To establish regular prayer, and to give zakat. And that is the religion right and straight" (Qur'an 98:5)

Sadqah is an Islamic term. It means Giving or Doing something for somebody Without seeking any benefit from him for only to pleas Allah Following are some forms of Sadqah

Donation Enjoin good and forbid wrong Restrain yourself from doing wrong to people Helping someone in need Every good deed Planting a tree Removing harmful things from the way Allah Says in the Quran Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan So He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is the Allah who Will hold and grants the abundance, and to Him you will be rhymed (Quran 2:245)

HADITH RELATED TO SADAQAH:Abu Dhar al Ghafri said: The messenger of Allah (S.A.W) said Sadqah is Prescribed for every person every day the sun rises, I said : O! Messenger of Allah from what do we give Sadqah if we do not possess Property? He (S.A.W) said , The doors of Sadqah are Takbeer, Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illallah , Astaghfirullah, enjoining Goods, forbidding evil, removing thorns, bones and stones from the Path of people, guiding the blind, listening to deaf and dumb untill you Understand them, guiding person to his object of need if you where it is, Hurrying with strength of your legs to one in sorrow who is appealing for help and supporting the weak with strength of your arms. These are doors of Sadqah

In Islam The term equality means that all men and Women should have equal rights. All the men and Women are equal. In Islam nobody is superior than the other Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.UH) considered all humans equal. He never gave any superiority to any body in accord with his race, caste, color or creed.

In his last Sermon of Hajja-tul-Wada, Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.UH) said : "Among you no Arab has superiority over a non-Arab nor a non Arab over an Arab, neither a fair over dark nor does dark over any fair. The standard of Superiority among you is Taqwa (God fearing) only". Islam is the religion that protects human rights It protects the right of mankind, it provides social Justice to man kind, it provides rights to freedom of Expression, it is the religion that teaches peace.

As Islam considers mankind as one family so all Members of this family are equal in the eyes of God Almighty. There is no difference between the rich And poor, between the high and low or between White and black. In Islam there is no discrimination Due to race or colour or position. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) said Certainly God looks not at your faces or your Wealth Instead He looks at your heart and deeds (Muslim v.4 p.1987:34) The noblest of you are the best in character

ECONOMIC JUSTICE: Islam gives a concept of brotherhood and equal Treatment of all individuals in society before the law. Economic justice provides everyone to get his Reward for contribution to society. Islam is strictly against injustice Also there is a strict punishment for injustice Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W ) said Be aware of injustice for injustice will be Equivalent to the darkness on the day of judgment This warning against injustice is to protect the Rights of individuals in society.

Welfare is any program in which the government or Any other authority provides aid to citizens in need. The question may arise concerning what is welfare state, and the simple answer is that welfare state is a state that provides for the total well-being of its citizens to live a better life Islam also has welfare as its economic principle As Islam is the religion of peace. It urges upon the State or Government to provide citizens basic needs to live a good life.

(Have you seen him who denies the Day of Judgment? That
is he who repulses the orphan harshly and urges not on the feeding of the poor). Chapter 107:1-3). Thus, these

verses very clearly reveal the inherent nature of close relationship between our social responsibilities towards orphans and poor and our faith in the Day of Judgment: Islamic faith in the Day of Judgment is not mere philosophical or mystical faith rather it is practical and viable faith: if any Rich Muslim truly believes in the Day of Judgment he or she should help poor and orphans as a justification and manifestation of his or her faith. Otherwise, mere proclamation of people with Muslim names would not help them in the Day of Judgments

It is the duty of a rich Muslim to donate his wealth in Way of Allah to please Him. An Islamic state should be A welfare state that should provide the citizens all Basic needs of Life. A Muslim can donate his wealth as Zakat, Sadqah Please Allah. In Islam rich is obliged to share his wealth and money with the poor and the needy. The Holy Quran says that in their wealth there is a certain portion for those who ask for and for those who are in dare need (70:24, 25). There is no any religion or ideology that encourages sharing wealth and money as Islam does.
