VMI vibration system

Consisting of 4 eccentric rotors with direct transmission using 4 motors. In this system, the frequency and the amplitude can be set progressively and individually in order to achieve the maximum compacting of the concrete. Cement consumption is thus reduced and a high quality surface finish is obtained. During the manufacturing process, the engines maintain a rate of constant speed, reducing the power consumption.
