Research design
Questionnaires: We will distribute around 500
questionnaires in Noida & Ghaziabad region among the customers and 500 among the other consumers of these services. Evaluation of Non-Response: a random sample of 50 names will be secured from the list of the customers who dont return the questionnaires. We will make them a call and will try to know their responses.
