PROSPECTING
STEAM: A SYSTEM TO GET REFERRAL
Relationship marketing is the key to your long-term success in IMG. All of the great builders in IMG have mastered the art of getting referrals from satisfied clients. Referrals will provide you with an endless supply of prospects for recruiting and product sales. You can also generate leads using the S.T.E.A.M. system.
S T E A M
= Sales. Who do you know that is a great salesperson? What did you buy lately? Who sell themselves well? = Teacher. Who comes to your mind when I say teacher? School teachers (they often need summer jobs), Sunday school teachers or anyone who teaches well? = Enthusiastic. Who is the most enthusiastic person that you know? Someone who always seems positive and always has a great attitude about life? = Ambitious. Who do you know that really wants to be a success or is a success? The person who goes to bed the latest and gets up the earliest? = Money motivated or needs more money. Has one of your friends been talking about needing extra money? Who just sent kids to college?

PROSPECTING
FRIENDSHIP FARMING
The System on how to contact your warm and cold prospects
There are four questions you can ask (in order) when casually talking with a stranger or visiting your friend. This is called the FORM System. This system flows naturally if you prime the prospect by volunteering first personal information about yourself. For example, when waiting in a customer service lounge in a car service center, you might say to other nearby patrons: I sure hope they finish my car soon. Ive got to pick up my kid in school (name of school) in 30 minutes. Do you kids in school too? Which school?
F = Family.
- Warm Market: Hows the family? Hows the kids? Etc. - Cold Market: Do you have kids? where do they grow up?
O = Occupation.
- Warm Market: How is work? Got any salary increase lately? - Cold Market: What do you do for a living? How long had you been there? Do you like your job?
R = Recreation.
- Warm Market: What do you do on weekends? Shopping? Or any sports? - Cold Market: What recreational activities are you interested in?
M = Message.
- Warm Market: By the way, I want to show you something. Can we see each other in your house at 6PM tonight? Or do you prefer in my office? - Cold Market: I play basketball too (or any sports activity). May I know your name? Can I have your contact number?

AGE or MONEY?
Age has nothing to do with retirement. At age 65, if you dont have money, you will have to find a way to continue to work.
But even if you are still at age 40 and you have Php 10,000,000, you can stop working, retire early and let your money work for you (and you will Live On Interest or LOI) if you wish.
You can stop working, when your money starts working for you.
