Executive Summary
Tea and Bean cafe will offer a full range of teas (hot & iced) as well as premium chocolates, chips and different type of snacks which will be a perfect relaxation place. Students and faculty can relax here in a free time after the lot of their stress work.

Objectives
To operate a successful tea store To obtain a minimum of 200 regular customers in the first year of operation. To produce a reasonable net profit by the end of the third year of operation and increase in the 7%revenue. We expect to generate sales to existing committed tea drinkers, who will immediately recognize the quality of our products and services.

To become a best tea provider in the LPU.

Our goal is to provide the finest premium teas with different varieties to the Students and faculty of Lovely.

Beverage Analysis
India is worlds 3rd largest consumer of beverages after US and China with annual consumption of around 145 million litres (Tea being the most widely consumed beverage). It constitutes 10% of the global beverages consumption. India is the largest producer of tea in the world, with annual production of over 900 million kg-representing over 28% of world production. It was almost 175years ago, the tea origin began in India. The consumption rate of tea is growing at the rate of 25% per year. India is going to declare TEA as a national drink in April, 2013.

Competitors
In domestic market Tea is facing tough competition from different beverages like coffee(cafe coffee day, barista), soft drinks and other beverages. In LPU, the main competitors are Lipton, Nescafe and Campus cafe.

Capital Structure
Rent = Rs 10000 p.m. Approx Space required = 100-150 sq. ft. Initial security to be deposited is 2times of the rent. There will be 6month agreement and after 6months the agreement will be renewed. Electric points and Water Supply will be provided by LPU.
