Introduction
Task: To analyze and critic the AGM meeting of ITC Ltd from the stakeholders point of view.
Speeches of the year 2009-2011

Observation: the tone, the communication pattern and the speech noting positives and negatives from stakeholders perspective
Motive: Noting subtleties in the communication style in the speech and how effectively shareholders were conveyed the future objectives of the company.

The speaker presented the Facts and Figures in a very clear and elaborated manner Clarity in his thoughts with an attempt to draw attention of the audience

Positive tone with profit generation and value creation for the stake holders throughout the speech The language was appropriate for the audience and the speaker articulated the speech clearly Some technical jargon and unnecessarily complex language was used but was taken care by the speakers enthusiasm while delivering them

Conclusion
The speech gave a feeling of belongingness and connected to the audience
Large mass was convinced. The speaker Mr. Y C Deveshwar have been heard since 1996 and the same enthusiasm was seen in his delivery. He was easy to hear, loud and soft variations were used appropriately.

The pace hardly varied and it slow enough to be understandable


Some pauses were used to aid understandability, heighten excitement, and provide drama while emphasizing on the growth and achievement of the company.
