CUBE CASTING(M25 GRADE10%,20%,40%,50%-FLY ASH REPLACEMENT)

STRENGTH TEST (COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH,FLEXURAL STRENGTH TEST,SPILIT TENSILE STRENGTH TEST)

Durability tests Comparison of results Conclusion

REQUIRED DATA: M-25 Grade concrete-10% fly ash replacement. Uncrushed aggregates (20mm) F.A. shows that 40% passes through 600micron sieve. Slump ranges taken as 30-60mm. Concrete to be prepared at moderate condition. Reinforcement cover adopted as 25mm.

Compressive

Strength To determine the compressive strength of concrete specimens as per IS: 516 - 1959. Tests should be done at recognized ages of the test specimens, usually being 7 and 28 days. The ages should be calculated from the time of the addition of water to the drying of ingredients
