Buts de la prsentation
Introduire la Thorie de lAutodtermination. Illustrer comment ce cadre permet didentifier les caractristiques des cocitoyens. Prsenter quelques rsultats dtudes sur: - Les liens entre la motivation et les comportements cologiques - Certains dterminants de la motivation
Selon la TAD:
Nous avons 3 besoins psychologiques de base les besoins dautonomie, de comptence et de relation avec autrui: Ces besoins seraient inns, universels et essentiels pour notre bien-tre psychologique; Lorsque ces besoins sont combls, les individus sont plus efficaces et ils se dveloppent plus sainement. Un environnement social qui supportent ces besoins essentiels, facilitent lintriorisation et lintgration de la rgulation des comportements (Ryan & Deci, 2000): Les individus deviennent autodtermins et authentiques; Ils recherchent la cohrence au sein dune mme activit et entre les diffrents domaines de leur vie.

Prendre soin de l'environnement fait partie intgrale de ma vie. Prendre soin de moi et de l'environnement sont insparables. Etre conscient de l'environnement est une partie de qui je suis. Fait partie de la faon dont j'ai choisi de vivre ma vie.
Me semble raisonnable d'aider prserver l'environnement. Ces comportements constituent des stratgies raisonnables. Moyens que j'ai choisis afin de contribuer. Je pense que c'est une bonne ide de faire quelque chose. J'ai des remords quand je ne fais rien. Jai l'impression de mal agir lorsque je ne fais rien. Me sentirais mal l'aise si je ne faisais rien. Me sentirais coupable si je ne faisais pas ces comportements. Les autres seront contraris si je ne fais rien. Pour la reconnaissance que les autres auront envers moi. Mes amis insistent pour que je fasse ces comportements. Pour viter dtre critiqu(e).

Conclusion
Plus un individu est motiv de faon autodtermine:
Plus il manifeste des comportements cologiques (difficiles); Plus ses comportements sont intgrs au sein du soi (ils sont stables, cohrents et congruents).
