Flexible AOM
Flexible Use of Airspace under Civil-Military Coordination
Enhance Civil-Military cooperation Increase temporary route Reduce permanently segregated airspace
Flex AOM will enhance the capability of managing the airspace to gain more capacity

Collaborative Operation
SWIMBuild a dynamic information sharing environment provide tailored service and facilitate unified situation awareness CDMBrings benefit in demands capacity balance and improve capacity and equity of the system. Supervision and evaluation is needed to maximize the benefits of all stakeholders without impacting overall operations of ATM system.
