INTRODUCTION/IMPORTANCE

Package dyeing machines are the most widely used now a days for dyeing of almost all types of yarns , due to automatic, economical and accurate dyeing results. Term package dyeing usually denotes for dyeing of any type yarn wound on the compressible dye spring/perforated solid dyeing tubes or cones. Yarn dyeing in package form is done at high temperature and under high pressure, with the package mounted on the hollow spindles these spindle are fixed on the dyeing carrier The dyeing liquor is forced through the package in two way pattern (in/out-out/in) All operation from pre-treatment to finishing can be performed in the same machine, without taking out the material out of the machine

RBNO HORIZONTAL DYEING MACHINE


RBNO horizontal dyeing machines operate with material fully immersed in dyeing liquor. Yarn packages, tops or bumps are loaded on dyeing carriers with rectangular base, fitted with vertical spindles. ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS The air pad operates as a double chamber to reduce heat emissions in the dyehouse. No emission of chemical vapours. RBNV dyeing machines operate with material fully immersed in dyeing liquor. Liquor flow through the material is bidirectional The entire liquor volume participates to the dyeing process and dyes exhaustion rate it is perfectly homogeneous. ECO BLOCK YARN DYEING


Eco-bloc can be used to process material in many forms including yarn packages,muffs, warp beams, loose stock,tops, ribbons and tapes made of natural, man-made fibres and their blends. type of material effective liquor ratios from 1:3,5 to 1:8 can be readily achieved. All parts of the eco-bloc coming into contact with the liquor are manufactured from stainless steel as well as the kier base plate, pump circulation system and flanged connections The Eco blocks are available in both Vertical (ecobloc X) and horizontal execution (eco-bloc HV)

HTHP HORIZONTAL TABULAR DYEING MACHINES


Texfab has designed & developed economical & eco friendly Horizontal tubular type dyeing machine Having capacities from 20 kgs to 320kgs per batch ( up to 16 tubes) These machines do not require overhead hoist or working flatform. Hence installation cost is low and machines can be installed on mezzanine of higher floors also Application : The machine is suitable for dyeing all types of yarn in package form. Salient features Works on very low liquor ratio of 1:3.5 upwards depending on nature of yarn & loading factor Variable loading possible from 50% upwards of the rated capacity without using dummies. Works on airpad dyeing system, resulting in saving cooling water, heat & electrical energy. Opening closing and locking/unlocking is done, simultaneously and automatically by electro pneumatic devices with complete safety. Machines working on gas (CNG) with burner fitted ( without the need of steam or boiler) Design ensures complete drain of liquor from the machine every time. Thus, preventing accumulation of dye deposits inside the machine and contamination.
