 Kaung Myanmar Aung (KMA) Group of Companies is a family owned private company limited. Chairman: U Khin Maung Aye who is the founder and architect of KMA Group of Companies.

The Chairman of KMA is also the Chairman of Cooperative Bank (CB) Bank, one of the top banks in Myanmar and a major Shareholder. He is also the general secretary of Myanmar Bank Association. And, he is the Vice Chairman of Myanmar Hotel Association.

 U Khin Maung Aye has a long standing association with the Cooperative movement in Myanmar

He is also a Chairman of Central Cooperative Society (CCS), the umbrella organization of more than 20,000 Co-operative societies. He also holds majority shares in Parami General Hospital-Yangon and Kaytumadi Company Ltd. And, the Chairman is the Patron of Parami General Hospital-Yangon.

 Part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, KMA Foundation has made several donations to social, religious organizations and the State. The amount that the KMA has so far donated is over 20,000 Lakhs The Chairman actively takes part in social and religious activities.

KMA Hotels Group was set up in the year 2006 to market Myanmars tourist destination.

The Royal Kaytumadi Hotel was the first five star property of group opened in 2008, in Taungoo, Bago Division.
Subsequently, KMA Hotels opened Royal Naypyitaw Hotel, Bagan Hotel (River View), Inle Paradise Resort, Shwe Thandaung Resort and Bago Shwe Pyi and 115 miles Travellers Inn. Kaung Myanmar Aung Forestry Enterprise (KMAFE) was formally instituted on the 1st of January 2010.

It started teak plantations on leased lands in Taungoo, Oaktwin and Kyauktaga Townships as pilot projects in 2008-2009.
Then, The area coverage and field activities of KMAFE have expanded to Naypyitaw Pyinmana, Naypyitaw Leway and Kachin State within a couple of years. Already in hand over 10,000 acres of Land. Forestry is dedicated to ensuring economic gains from industrial plantations and forest products, stabilizing environment, restoring forest ecosystems, promoting livelihood security of rural communities.

After Nagis on 2 May 2008, caused immense destructions and loss of lives more than 10,000 trees of various species, many over 200 years old had fallen. KMA chairman collaborated for the well-being of Myanmar people and environment. More than 500 sculptors were able to enhance income. Altogether over 6000 pieces of sculptures are made and displayed at Bago Shwe Pyi Resort. Exhibition considered to be one of the bests in the world. Visitors can look around and buy.
