Leader is a universal phenomenon found it every group of people. The leader is a person who influences the attitudes and behavior of others in group activity . A leader guides and direct other people towards the achievement of group objectives.

Important of Leadership
Providing inspiration to employees He lifts a mans vision to higher sights . By showing the proper way to do a Job ,a leader helps employees to give their best to the organisation . Securing cooperation Leader is essential to group action . He makes them realise that by translating plans into action ,they can earn adequate rewards. Creation of confidence The Leader creates confidence among them by his superior knowledge . Goal setting A leader provides guidance to the group by setting and interpreting the objectives .
Providing conducive environment Leadership aims at creating and maintaining a satisfactory environment for employees to contribute their maximum effort towards achieving the goals. Implementing change Leadership also helps in introducing change in the organisation . Maintaining discipline among members An effective leader has quality to get his orders and instruction ,followed by the members. Thus we can say that successful leadership passess human skill , technical skill, conceptual skill ,personal skill ,these skill make a person perfect leader. Where there is a good leadership there is success of plans ,achievement of goals , motivation in team member and cooperation as well. There are some function which provides them a special position .
