The title of this project GSM-GPRS Applied Technology Enhancer is a web based application and it is going to be developed using frontend as VB.NET with ASP.NET and backend as SQL server .It is going to complete software package. The proposed application is easy to use and work efficiently. The aim is to develop good User Interface web application.

In GSM-GPRS Applied Technology Enhancer site which we are developing provide the facility to the end users to search for solutions to their technical problems. More on building a Site that allows you to document best practices and solutions to common problems in an online knowledge base. The GSMGPRS Applied Technology Enhancer System acts as an effective knowledge sharing medium, boosting support productivity by leveraging collective knowledge and assists in effective knowledge management. It also helps in improving the average problem resolution time significantly as support reps find answers to technical problems quickly. This GSM-GPRS based application is very unique and of very high utility value.

1.Admin moduleThe admin module is the main module in the application; here the admin has full control over the application. Here he will maintain all technical problem. If the technician is not able to deal with the problem then it will be handled by admin. Category moduleThe Category module represents the category of the problem. Each technician handles different category of Technical problems. Technician moduleThe Technician module includes the details of number of technician working for solving the problem. The different technician handles different categories of problem. Path PortalThe Path Portal can also be said as mapping were in it represents which technician can handle which types of problem.

2.Technician ModuleThe technician module consists of request for various set of technical problems depending upon the problem type the technician suggest the problem. View and solve requestIn the sub module view and request includes various request of users to technician based on their problem for which the technician view and solve the request by giving suggestions. 3.User ModuleThe user module contains various user who were facing technical difficulties while handling GSM-GPRS technologies. Here the user has to register to the site to view the solution. Once user is registered they can visit the site many time to clarify the problems. If the user is new then he/she have to register with their email id. Send RequestHere the user can request for their various technical problems. View Status ListHere the user can view their status which includes various problem which had been previously raised. Search PathHere the user can search various paths depending upon various technical problems.

At present no such type of facilities are available in online, only those who are having a problem they can raise a query on net and who know that technical solution for that problem they can reply for that on net
Drawbacks-

1.Time consuming. 2.Technical problem solution is not upto the mark. 3.Much of manpower required. 4.Searching is a cumbersome job. 5.Delay in processing.

The proposed system is used to overcome the drawbacks of existing system. So here we are providing an data base , any user can raise his query that will be updated to our database and from our technical department team those queries are solved. Advantages1.Time saving. 2.Technical problem solution is up to the mark. 3.Searching for solution is easy job. 4.Information available at time. 5.The man work is reduced. 6.It leads to fast performance and processing. 7.The proposed system is expected to live longer.
