Managers at Packages Limited just ask for written objectives and eventually nothing is achieved

Percentage of increments in salary is fixed; no matter how an employee performs

Cost vs. Benefits of the system


costs associated with the PPM&E system are too high specially the cost of managerial time required by the system as the system is too long, complex and time taking benefits are very minimal as the compensation decisions are not based on appraisal.
