employees, company provides a standard quality of life to all employees. But there are some places where the company should have to make a few rectifications. The working environment is good, but it could be better by renovating the internal infrastructure of the offices of BEL. Recreation facilities can be provided in the crche like toys, blackboard. Employees can be made aware about the rest room facilities provided by the company. Service in the canteen has scope of improvement. Better Cooking techniques can be used in the canteen.
